6. Shipping and Delivery

• Pinverse ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and select international destinations.
• The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on our website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
• For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

7. Product Inspection

We advise you to inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the shipper’s paperwork and reported to Pinverse immediately. Minor imperfections such as small scratches or nicks are considered normal and do not warrant product returns or refusals.

8. Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions or manufacturer pricing updates. Written quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase via written notice to avoid penalties. Canceled or returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and shipping costs. Refusal to accept delivery will result in a partial refund of 50%, minus applicable shipping and storage fees. Pinball machine sales are final once shipped. 10. Warranty

• Most products include a 30-day replacement/refund warranty unless otherwise specified.
• Warranty does not cover items used in non-residential settings, damage from improper setup or misuse, or pinball machines manufactured before 1990 or sold "as-is."
