RETURN POLICY

At Pinverse, we are committed to delivering exceptional product quality, order accuracy, and timely service. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately to address your concerns. We will work with you to find the best resolution. Please review the following return and exchange policy:


General Returns and Cancellations

  • All canceled orders or returns will be refunded less any credit card or other fees, unless the item was backordered, in which case it will be refunded in full.
  • All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.

Return Shipping

  • If we make an error on your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For exchanges or non-defective refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Advance Replacements

Replacement products are generally shipped after we receive the defective product. For certain items, you may request an advance replacement by providing a current credit card. The replacement cost will be charged to your card until the defective product is returned to Pinverse. Upon receipt of the original product, the advance replacement charge will be refunded.

Warranty Period

  • Most products come with a 30-day replacement/refund warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description.
  • Inspection Reminder: Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. If a package is visibly damaged by the carrier, refuse the delivery and notify us promptly.

Return Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-10 business days once received at our warehouse.
  • Refunds may take your financial institution up to 30 days or one billing cycle from the date of issue to appear in your account.
  • If payment was made via check or money order, we will issue a refund check within 10-15 business days of receiving the return.
Return Policy for Pinball Machines
  • All sales of pinball machines are final once the machine has shipped.
  • Deposits on machines are non-refundable but can be applied toward other products or purchases.
